Charles explained what was causing my kitchen light to go on and off in language I could understand. He did a wonderful job of keeping me informed through the whole process. He went out of his way to keep my home clean by using shoe covers and a drop cloth in his work area. I was extremely happy with the service provided. Renew – main dist. system/surge, cloth covers, voltage segments in pipe.
Corect amperage. Install GLCJ kitchen and outside bath. Install two ceiling fans, move ceiling fixture.Replaced motion fixture outside. closet lights. Fix loose box in bathroom. Relocate dining roorm light. Various other outlets and switches. cover on outside outlet. I am totally satisfied with the work done. Charles and Mitch were efficient, proffessional, knowledgeable. Checked all of our circuit breakers and tightened them up for no charge. They installed recessed lighting in our kitchen, replaced four ceiling fixtures and put one of them on a dimmer and installed and/or replaced 7 of our outdoor landscape lights. Patched some dry wall areas with the extra spackle he used for the ceiling at no charge.

We originally called on Sunday, late in the afternoon, and Dorothy promptly answered the phone. She was friendly, courteous and professional and we made an appointment for Charles and his assistant, Mitch, to come out for a free estimate on Wednesday. Charles and Mitch were also very friendly, courteous and professional. Charles not only performed the services we asked for but he also checked all of our circuit breakers and tightened them up for no charge. He installed recessed lighting in our kitchen, replaced four ceiling fixtures and installed and/or replaced 7 of our outdoor landscape lights. None of our landscape lights were working in our backyard and Char, at no charge, looked into our problem and realized a switch had been tripped so he fixed that too. He covered our kitchen completely with painters plastic so no dry wall dust would get on anything. He and Mitch were very careful to clean up completely. My husband and I have decided that Char will be our “personal” electrician for any future electrical needs. He was not the least expensive, however, his attention to detail and his professionalism certainly make up for the higher price. He was well worth every cent we paid. Even the landscape lights he installed were of the highest quality — much better than the ones that were originally installed by someone else.
